Carthaginian

A ship being built in the DKB due to a series of events invovling research. This ship has been called a "2.5 class cruiser" due to it's combination of the guns of a 2nd class cruiser with the armour and speed of a 3rd class cruiser. This ship will likely be a heavy support to the torpedo squadrons, or a member of a rapid response fleet.
