During several weeks of negotiations between representatives from the three Arnhem signatories have been meeting with representatives from the republic of Eire in a series of conferences in Dublin, Steòrnabhagh and Hamburg. These meetings and discussions lead to this day, were the Republic of Eire will sign the final documents, marking its entry into the Rhineland co-prosperity zone. The document is to be signed later today in the Arnhem city hall, and will result in the Republic of Ireland becoming a pert of the Rhineland co-prosperity zone from the 1st of May 1916.

Herr E. Müller Bavarian minister and spokesman for the signatories (ESC, Netherlands & Bavaria) joint delegation: "We hope for an ever closer relationship with a free and sovereign republic of Ireland. This is an important step in spreading unity and prosperity throughout Europe"
