Stupd Question

Granted this situation hasnt arisin yet but, if someone owes you cash (you made them a loan or whatever) and they get invaded/conqured/merge with another country, do they still owe you the cash =P.

Err, does it matter? The debtor is sovereign in any case, and can always choose not to pay back. If the country in debt is annexed it is really up to what the lone giver to chose if they want to write it of, or press it against the new country in charge. So it is an political issue, nothing else.

sorta what I figured, but I thought id ask just incase there was a Precident in the sim that I wasnt aware of ^.^
