Bavaria is expecting to have roughly 9BP in idle capacity in HY2/1914

Orders from nations in good international standing for hull plating or anything else we can build (diesel engines, armor) would be accepted.  A 20% profit will be charged (i.e. you pay $1.2, we deliver 1,000 tons)

Spare capacity should decline in 1915 to 4 or 5 BP for each HY.

France is expressing a serious interest, and if budget allows, will buy the full excess capacity.
The accountants are looking it over.

Kirk, considering the production capacity of France (40 BP) and its revenue ($277.80), I would let France pay triple the vaule ($3/BP) for the BPs. :D

Heh,
Mainly I figured I should try to get that capacity used.

My pricing was based on the logic that a foreign built ship was $1.25 and they provided the slipway. So if what the Bavarians were offering were parts - 2000hp Diesel engines, structural steel, etc, ...but no slipway, then a little less was warranted.

The slipways were available, but as it happens there is now an offer for their use.
