History: Imported from Japan by the Provisional Landship Committee. The first armored landship unit in Imperial Russia is being evaluated outside of Vladivostock. Initial reports are not entirely positive.

The Tenkai Type 74 was seen to be far superior to Imperial efforts to date. Many problems still need to be addressed, namely poor reliability. Poor visibility, extreme overheating, poor guidance ability and extreme interior noise levels are also major issues. The high heat levels and rough handling have led to many cases of the crew collapsing and needing medical treatment in the middle of testing. A few crewmen have nicknamed the T-14 'Grave for eight brothers'.

When in working order the vehicle has shown impressive rough country performance, crossing shallow trenches and traversing uneven ground with ease. The low speed is adequate for use in support of infantry attacks and should be able to destroy or suppress enemy Machine gun positions which cause such trouble in the 1904 War.

To date only the Model A(Machine Gun Armed) has been evaluated, the Model B(Cannon Armed) should arrive soon.
