A player may declare his economy to be a "War Economy" at any time.

However, the Moderators will only consider it justified if:

1A)  Your nation is actually or likely to be engaged in a large scale external or internal war in that half-year, or:

1B)  Your nation was actually involved in a large external or internal war in the preceding half-year, but too late to revise the preceding half-year's sim report

2)  Your military is fully mobiilzed

The Moderators will not force you to revise your sim report if we deem your use of the war economy unjustified.  We will, instead, take it out on you in other ways later on, such as:

-Economic disruptions resulting from cancellation of civilian spending

-Civil unrest resulting from mistrust in government motives; this may manifest as insurrections, general strikes, or recruitment of disgruntled citizens by external intelligence entities.

-Reduced population growth as a result of people moving to nations less obsessed with shiny toys.

Thank you,

The Mods.
