In figuring out the reports I have found the following dealings listed. I figured listing them here would make things easier.

Any assistance as to what they may be for would be nice.

I think the base at Coondapoor (Kondapura) was a greenfield investment. No 0 Type Base.
So 30$ and 2BP.

And like I wrote elsewhere, it should be 1$ MIlitary and 5$ Civilian per HY for Coonadpoor.

That was payment to Russia for two old battleships, that were promptly scraped
