Anyone have a good Source for Naval officers that served in both WW1 and WW2?

I always wondered if there are similar sites like that one with a list of officers of any of the other Navies...

It's a great site as I can look up a certain officer and check out what his rank was and what he was doing at the time. Yamamoto Isoroku for example was at this Navalism time in OTL a Lieutenant and and a staff member of the Sasebo Reserve Fleet while Togo Heihachiro was an Admiral (about to become a Fleet Admiral), Count and Naval Councillor.

Yah I took a look nice Page, I need a British/American that was a Capitan, or a Comander I can promote (actualy preferable) that was a Flag in WW2 LOL (even a little flag would do for my purposes)

I suppose you could have Bull Hulsey. Born in NJ, commanded the Destroyer Shaw in 1918, you know the rest.

Really any of the Navy's WW2 Admirals had commands during or soon after WW1, including Fletcher, Spruance who received his first command in 1925, Turner who received his first command in 1922, and of course Admiral King.

I'm a going to stake my claim for the CSA to Nimitz though, who was a Texan.

Note that you can also use Japanese and German officer names with NS, doesn't have to be British/American.

(Watching Red Dwarf atm, were they talk about real classical music such as Mozart, Mendelson or Mötorhead)

My personal Favorite is Space above and Beyond when  they refer to Pink Floyd as Clasical Music (while playing Hey Ho Lets Go by the Ramones)

Nice one Korpen, but I think New Switzerland would need a completely new ship for than one. (makes me wonder how a NS warship based on such "rock 'n roll" would look like...)

Captain Kilmister of the NSS Mötorhead. :D

... well you wanted a nice British name, Tanthalas. ;D
