so is it safe to assume if I spent 32$ and 6 BP in H212 that in H113 I could use them?

So according to this itll take 3 ½ years + 1 month to build it from scratct.If it is only upgrading from 2-3 it`ll be $5+1 Bp

So it would in effect take three half-years to build them.

DOMO and a half year right (thats how I read it anyway)? I got plenty of type 2s but I realised all my new ship Ideas needed type 3s lol (when you want to build a fast BB 557 ft just aint enough)

so 10$ and 2 bp in the next budget for a pair of type 2 - type 3 upgrades
