As I will sooner build a tender than a port in my outlying possessions, here is a large tender. Probably will end up in Catanduanes.

SMHS Schreubke, Habsburg Larger Fleet Tender-Repair Ship

      4 - 0,43" / 10,9 mm guns in single mounts, 0,04lbs / 0,02kg shells, 1906 Model
Breech loading guns in deck mounts
     on side, evenly spread
Weight of broadside 459 lbs / 208 kg
Shells per gun, main battery: 150

Machinery:
Coal fired boilers, complex reciprocating steam engines,
   Direct drive, 1 shaft, 3 062 ihp / 2 284 Kw = 12,00 kts
   Range 30 000nm at 10,00 kts
Bunker at max displacement = 7 310 tons (100% coal)

Complement:
   618 - 804

Cost:
   £0,393 million / $1,574 million

Distribution of weights at normal displacement:
   Armament: 57 tons, 0,4%
   Machinery: 236 tons, 1,8%
   Hull, fittings & equipment: 2 879 tons, 21,7%
   Fuel, ammunition & stores: 4 366 tons, 32,9%
   Miscellaneous weights: 5 750 tons, 43,3%

Overall survivability and seakeeping ability:
Survivability (Non-critical penetrating hits needed to sink ship):
     19 002 lbs / 8 619 Kg = 175,9 x 6,0 " / 152 mm shells or 2,9 torpedoes
Stability (Unstable if below 1.00): 1,05
   Metacentric height 2,7 ft / 0,8 m
   Roll period: 16,0 seconds
   Steadiness   - As gun platform (Average = 50 %): 43 %
         - Recoil effect (Restricted arc if above 1.00): 0,03
   Seaboat quality  (Average = 1.00): 1,48

Hull form characteristics:
   Hull has a flush deck
   Block coefficient: 0,722
   Length to Beam Ratio: 6,32 : 1
'Natural speed' for length: 19,84 kts
Power going to wave formation at top speed: 29 %
   Trim (Max stability = 0, Max steadiness = 100): 25
Bow angle (Positive = bow angles forward): 1,00 degrees
   Stern overhang: 0,00 ft / 0,00 m
Freeboard (% = measuring location as a percentage of overall length):
      - Stem:      21,82 ft / 6,65 m
      - Forecastle (20%):   13,88 ft / 4,23 m
      - Mid (50%):      13,88 ft / 4,23 m
      - Quarterdeck (15%):   13,88 ft / 4,23 m
      - Stern:      13,88 ft / 4,23 m
      - Average freeboard:   14,51 ft / 4,42 m
Ship tends to be wet forward

Ship space, strength and comments:
Space   - Hull below water (magazines/engines, low = better): 57,1%
      - Above water (accommodation/working, high = better): 85,5%
Waterplane Area: 19 985 Square feet or 1 857 Square metres
Displacement factor (Displacement / loading): 199%
Structure weight / hull surface area: 97 lbs/sq ft or 472 Kg/sq metre
   Hull strength (Relative):
      - Cross-sectional: 1,14
      - Longitudinal: 1,97
      - Overall: 1,20
Hull space for machinery, storage, compartmentation is excellent
Room for accommodation and workspaces is cramped
Good seaboat, rides out heavy weather easily
NEDS - Not Enough Deck Space for all those guns and torpedos;
Bambi must DIE!
