Iberia wishes to purchase sea lift for Three or Four Army Corps from the Western Hemisphere to Europe.  Any parties interested are to contact Madrid.

I think I cleaned out the market for ships ... I think we should have enough.
I spent 3$ on chartering ships for this HY.
