Ahoj!
I put up old treaties. I omited those with non-existing states, or which expired in 1903.

The treaty of Versailles has expired ,as the Russians are effectively no more the same entity as they were when the treaty was signed.

The treaty of New York shall have to be adapted.

That's the French side of the story :)

From the viewpoint of Tsar Vladimir holding Sankt Peterburg, it is still binding. What has the loss of several provinces got anything to do with that treaty?

I expect there may be a few treaties that need to be revised or scrapped outright, given all the upheavals posited for 1905.

Depends on the diplomatical post from Russia after all.  Minister Capet still promotes all the associations with royalty.
