OOC: I know where it probably came from, but I can't tell you...


IC: We have no certanty about where the shells were obtained, but our suspicions are directed on 2 different theories. Once more evidence is gathered we will of course present our findings to our Allies the Iberians and Austrians.

All we know at this time is that it was NOT obtained from us directly through any legal or governmental channels.

So, any idea on how many (or even if I suppose) refugees have moved where as a result of the conflict? I'm of course primarily interested in how many made it to the CSA...

There may be a few heading overseas, but it won't be the huge flood of immigrants some might have hoped for.

Yes - no mass displacement of peoples. A couple of hundered of thousand from Serbia, A-M and Greece into Ottoman Thrace, and some tens of thousands in the other direction.
What Mike said - too little too quickly had happened to produce what some had planned for ...
