What ever assistance that the DKB can provide in the hunt for this ship, ask and the materials and resources will be made available.

If the ship in question is spotted just follow it long enough for the Armada to show...

He is a mercenary not a pirate, and he was contracted by the Ottomans to raid Iberian shipping. Soon as he hears word of the war's end, he'll probably stop raiding.

The details of why Iberia is going after him will come out once he is caught or sunk.  ;)  It helps if both parties are using the same script...

Iberian Civilian Losses in the war

Civilian Losses

17 July 1912 - Southern Greece
The Iberian convoy, consisting of three tramp freighters loaded to the decks with various arms and supplies, is screened by the Fifth Cruiser Squadron, Manila and Lisbon, along with five torpedo-boats of the Second Torpedo Division.  The First Cruiser Squadron, with two armored cruisers, is trailing at some distance as a covering force.

Their destination, Pylos <CUT>

Three hundred yards offshore, a geyser of water erupts along the port bow of the lead freighter, Nuestra Senora del Buen Consejo*.  Her electric lights flicker and die, and she coasts to a stop a few dozen yards short of the pier, down visibly by the bow.
