Ahoj!
I'm off to the fat farm again.
Webtime will be sporadic.
I will be back in full force on the 8th.

Comming back tommorrow.
The place was full of ladies from Iceland.
I always thought that Scandinavian are dour and sombre, speaking little and slowly.
These ladies were a little loud and very, very talkative.
Was I wrong? Are Icelanders different? Are women women?
Icelandic sounds like a sweeter version of Swedish to me, with a dash of Spanish added.

But seriously - the good part was discovering in what relatively good shape I am compared with the same time last year, when I was a semi-mobile 142kg slob.
And a week of munching sauerkraut and the odd carrot is suposedly very healthy ...

Nothing wrong w/ sauerkraut, as long as it comes w/ grilled bratwurst, sourdough buns, and hot mustard.

BTW: I'm 126kg myself, down from 159kg a few years ago. Of course I'm 2m tall as well.
