22/2 11 Foreign Minister of the Baltic Confederation:Carl Jessen
arrived today at the Cartagena's roadstead in Gran Columbia onboard the BSC Preussen,for a series of meetings with Gran Columbian officials.

The BSC Preussen today departed to New York and was accompanied by her "escort "the french Superbe,who however soon leered of towards the "grand Canal",while the Preussen continued on  New York for a short visit to officially conclude the sale of BCS Lyn BCS Isbre and exchange officers with the Royal navy

The BSC Preussen arrives in New York and in a short ceremony Foreign Minister Jessen and representatives from Royal Navy signs the final delivery the sale of the two older battleships

The BSC Preussen leaves New York for to rendevouz with the scapa-sqdr Se of Iceland a few day later and all ships sail for the Baltic ports for refits and overhauls.

Fleet excersise Røsselsprung(Knigths move):
Participants Baltic+ Scapa sqdr and  two squardon of Jagare (G-klass) from the Koninlijke Marine in the Baltic ocean in the waters between Gotland and Bornholm

Many minor navy-vessels laid down in the smaller baltic ports ,together with a new improved ligth-cruiser class.
