I need some tech rolls on the following for H2/1911:
Cutting Edge Shells     $1.00 4th half
Primative ASW (1910)     $1.00 4th half
Cutting Edge Cruisers     $1.00 4th half
Cutting Edge Reserves     $1.00 4th half

These will help determine my build plans for 1912.

Also, I need to know my population growth rate; I've been paying into a fund to get higher growth ($1 or $2 for the last couple of halves), and would like to know if there's and good results from it.
