Hello,

QuoteCome help me with the extra in-law-related housekeeping and I can spend a bit more time here.

I thought you had goat shaped self-moving vacumn cleaners.  ;D

The goats and sheep help with the lawnmowing, not the housekeeping.

Seems like a very wise move.
I suspect that using goats would result in what we in Sweden call "en björntjänst" (lit: Bear favour), a well intended helping favour that have negative consequences, and that leaves the recipient worse of then he would be if the service had not been given.

We have New Democrats, who're further left than the American version, methinks.

The inlaws are from Alberta, which is conservative/right-wing for the most part.  I've no real reason to think Borys will scare them away.

Hmm, we might discuss right-wing based ideas for World Improvement into the wee hours ....

Interesting - identical idiom, with identical meaning, in Polish.

That discussion would probably begin with, "You need to sweep and mop the kitchen again."

As a further heads-up - pulling a bit of overtime at work, and dealing with vehicle troubles and an ill spouse on the homefront, so not exactly finding copious amounts of time to do sim things.  I can check in and do moderatory things, but that's about it.
