Ahoj!
I appologise and grovel or this, but I totally lost  interest in the game.
The Habsburgs are free for the taking.
If the respective parties are still interested in the ship building arrangments, please give me a PM and I will post a 2/1911 budget which will include that.
I will continue making backups of the board every 2-3 days until somebody else picks up the task (takes three clicks and 10 minutes on 64KB broadband).
