BP Question

Hello,

I had miscalculated how many ICs you need to increase your BP levels, for some reason I thought it was 6, but apparently it is 4 ICs needed to support one BP.

With that in mind the British Isles and North America can expand 1BP each.

My question is about the North American BP. Am I supposed to build a .5 Bp first(to make it an even number-ie 8BP, making my total 27.5BP) or do I build a full BP(to make it an odd number-ie 8.5BP, making my total 28.0BP).

Azores is maxed out so I won't be able to build one there for a long time(or Should the Azores extra .5BP be moved to North America(to make it an even number)?

Half BPs are perfectly fine, so you build a half or a full in North America as you see fit.

The rules were revised from 6:1 to 4:1 IC to BP...
