In 2/1911 the Guiseppe Maria Mahmud yard at la Valetta is available to construct a 8-10,000 tonne warship for a foreign buyer. Our flagship product is the MN Chevalier Rouge.

To clarify - the builder provides the necessary BP. Unarmed ships can be delivered, to ease maintanance  issues.

Builder provides BP, client provides $ (usually with some profit for the builder, though not required).  Rohan tends to go for 10% (roughly, rounded generally) markup.  So on six 750 tons (light) destroyers the charge from Rohan would normally be between $6 - $6.25 (the NUS is gettinig a deal for their first six ships at $5 to promote relations and interest,  that and I messed up the calculations (forgetting the times 25% for destroyer construction.)
