and has returned to Bermuda,the next patrol will be conducted in the waters

north of Cuba.

Viceadmiral Lewenhaupt:Our Carribian squadron tried to apprehend an unknown freigther North-east of Cuba the day before eysterday.

Adm. Randvaror: Unknown freigther,what do you mean?

Viceadmiral Lewenhaupt: The Carribian squadroncame across this freigther with no flag and ordered it to stopbut it tried to evade the destroyer Hitra which fired a warningshot across the bow,but the freigther picked up speed and tried to run away so the Hitra opended fire and sunk the freigther,but alas there were no survivor.
Adm. Randvaror: Was it not a little rash to act this way?


Viceadmiral Lewenhaupt:I dont think so,in my opinion, it was in accordance to our policy towards suspected pirates.A little harsh maybe but I hope that the message has gone through!

Adm. Randvaror:Can it have any repercussions on the behalf of our allies in the area?

Viceadmiral Lewenhaupt:No I doubt it,if need be we can always call it a mistake and make an apology if need be!

Adm. Randvaror:Okay,but another incident must be dealt with in a more diplomatic manner,at least try to avoid any more bloodshet and seize the ship instead.It is a little to much ironfist!
