Diplomatic Note to The Mesoamerican government

It is of the greatest concern to The Baltic Confederation that the Mesoamerican government does its outmost to curb the pirate-menace in the Carribien area!

The Baltic Confederation will during the year conduct Antipiracy patrolls and will hunt the scourge relentlessly and forcefully with no mercy!

If it shows that the Mesoamerican government is unwilling to do so or if,
god forbid, there is proof of any cooperation between the Mesoamerican government and the pirate scourge the confederation will close the Baltic area for any shipping from the Mesoamerican government,and all Mesoamerican ships will be seized by the Confederation!

The Baltic Confederation's ambassador in Cartagena will subsequently be thanked for his government's firm message to Mesoamerica.

The Armada will offer to provide a briefing (on GC experiences to date) to senior Confederation naval personnel in Bermuda, as well as assignment of a liaison officer.
