How you get this in the first year?
You mean, on a D100 roll, you were successful with a <20% chance wound up with 1909 engine tech. I mean, according to the rules, NO success chance is listed for the first year of research.

It says that research would take anywhere from 2-3 years to finish, and lists no possible chance for success first year while listing specific chances for every other half. Thus it seems like you shouldn't be able to have this if you're following the rules.

It is is empty in the army section, does that mean that Oranje do not have an army? :)

Just the lack of official army publications. Please refer to biannual or so budget reports.

If you post the info in odd corners on the forum, why not just post the information were it is easy to find for visitors and other players?

After all it is just as easy to post that info as it is replying to this... :)

The Habsburg Ambassador - Graf Lugosi Bela - has dropped hints with top people from the Liberatrian Party that their agenda is viewed in Vienna and Budapest with benign interest, as it broadely in alignement with Principles underlying the Habsburg Monarchy.

Did I mention that that list of political partys is not sorted? In other words they won't win. But things might get interesting if certain partys receive help from outside... ;)

Not sure if you did :D
But Vienna likes the Libertarians nonetheless.
Also, any sort of "Old Magyar" party will get support from Budapest, REGARDLESS of what Vienna thinks about them :)
