But it is a way of getting around SS' limitations:

Without the TDS bulckhead, SS thinks the buldges are available for machinery and other internal fittings, whereas on this ship the buldges ARE the Torpedo Defense SYSTEM.

So 15 feet of buldges, plus whatever SS puts between the bulkhead and the external side of the buldge. Should be enough as to put the vitals out of harms way. Not to mention the Main Belt ...
If not, then the next design will be improved.

Ah, I see - in that case, perhaps...dare I say it...the thickness of the bulkhead should be similar to the thickness of generic hull plating.

A useful type of ship, incidently, and I had never noticed you were building it.

Full anarchy, apart from using numbers for GTBs and anything smaller.

Nothing wrong with that.  One out of half a dozen instances I could site, historically Tiger was used on a torpedo boat before becoming a major warship name via the BC. 

There is only one rule - there always MUST be a Tegetthoff.

That's a good rule, though I've always the thought Franz Joseph's motto was perfect for the Empire (and a capital ship of the Empire...)
