Gran Colombia's population goes like this, then:

Heartland: 34.90 to 35.52 million
Antilia Mayor: 8.16 to 8.32 million
Antilia Menor: remains flat at 0.75 million
Guayana Francesa: remains flat at 0.25 million
Amazonas del Sur: 1.00 to 1.10 million
Coquimbo: 0.30 to 0.31 million
Territorios Pacificano: 0.020 to 0.022 million

This is, cumulatively, just under 2%, but I'm assuming a few of the folks in French Guyana and the French Antilles chose to move back to France rather than acquire Gran Colombian citizenship.

LOL... and the current administration's parting shot is to institute a subsidy system to pay for playing the game. Hopefully, I can at least sustain this rate for a bit. I need to fill my open spaces with people.

Well first off, Merry charismas everyone.
And here are to population for the Netherlands

The Netherlands and Isles: 16,9 million (1,2% yearly growth)
Kongo 7 million (zero effective growth)
The NOI 51,85 million (0,83% yearly growth, but only about 0,5% on Java)
For a total growth over the period of 1%.
The radical reduction in population growth on Java in particular and Asia in general is causing quite a bit of head scratching. Especially considering the large amount of immigrant labour streaming into Malaysia (to work in the exploding rubber industry).
But while strange, it is not seen as a major problem, considering the general overcrowding of Java.
