Yes, that's Hiiumaa and Sarema today. No, it's not where I planned it :)
But it works just as fine.

Hello,

One thing I could not quite determine before(when revising Russia)

Both Olekit and Ottomans had claim on a Kars Fortress. To avoid issues I changed Russias 'Kars' to Yerevan and assumed a 1990s borderline(as in my Atlas). Later looking at more 'period' maps I saw that Imperial Russia was quite a bit further into Ottoman territory. Which would be more appropriate or desired?

Kars was as I recall lost to the Ottoman Empire in the 1877-78 conflict which the Ottoman Empire in the game never faced so I would assume its Ottoman.
