I am working on an outline map for South America.

What I need is the details of how Chile is split up.

This is Araucania-Mapuche, the Riddermark's protectorate.
Northern border runs along the Biobio river, with detour near mouth leaving city of Conceicon to Coquimbo, and a little detour in the mountains, to follow the present provincial border.
In the south it runs up the fiord.

In the North of Coqimbo follow the OTL border between Coquimbo and Atacama provinces.



Thus, Coquimbo is:
- Coquimbo
- Valparaiso
- Santiago
- O'Higgins
- Maule
- Biobio (most, up to the river itself)

Araucania-Mapuche is
- little bit of Biobio
- Araucania
- most of Los Lagos

Yes the Rohirrim held lands are the farthest south that are colored on the mainland.

There should be a thin French held land between Rohan and Columbia on the border of Panama.  This would be the French Grand Canal Zone.
