Gun Question(s)

1st of all I am thinking about doing something wierd.  I noticed that I can do a 4 turret version of my 1912 AC armed with eight 330mm / 13" weapons.  How would a 13" weapon fit on the chart?  Do I use the 12" or 13.5"-14" column?

Also gun tech compared to the chart, year is the key correct.  So anything found on the 1905 row...

14"L40, 12"L45, 10"L50, 9.5"L50, etc are all Advanced tech.
