#2
Introducing a new term to warship classification, the Grand Cruiser. Designed to outrun anything in the Black Sea. Well protected against 8" and smaller guns. Using the very accurate 12"/52 Russian designed gun in 3 Triple turrets all mounted forward allows the Dnipro to fire all guns forward at ranges over 12,000 yards. She should provide a dilemma to all foes.

The design has been modified to increase the armor levels around the forward turrets. The poorly protected boilers were reduced to 100,000shp to provide for a more robust torpedo defense system. The result is a better protected and more practical design for the loss of slightly more than a knot of top speed.
