Well a lot depends on if Peru becomes a PC or not...but if I were to set it up as an NPC, I'd actually think it would be a bit smaller than the Habsburgs. Say, 1 AC ("Garibaldi" type), 2 PC, 3 DD, 5 TB, 5 GB. 2 CDBB ("Deodoro" type) optional if the economy can take it.

If it's larger, of course, then you can ignore the above uninformed speculation. ;)

And yes, it seems the SSS is slipping...

Well Peru is no longer relevant enough to rate top notch SSS Agents, besides it's more interesting this way. Grau's crew did not change only her CO, so her change of flag is not so apperant yet...or it might just be misinformation for any listening Abwehr agent. ;)

Swiss defeat at Natuna? Well that's what the enemy propagandists want you to think. Yes a few destroyers where lost but it was the enemy who fared worse. Five of its newest destroyers joined Davy Jones while a pair of powerful Armored Frigates where heavily damaged.

As for Burur? Well the enemy won't tell you the full story, that they lost a pair of battleships enroute to mines or that they are about to meet their maker at the hands of the the Real High Seas Fleet (not the one under the seas). The trap has been set it is now time to spring it...
