Assume that it's spelt out in fancy legalese:
Dutch/Siamese and Allied Peace Terms, January 18, 1917
1. The Netherlands cedes the territories of Sarawak, Brunei, and Sadah, on the island of Borneo, to the DKB.
2. All other territories captured by the DKB, Siam, Indochina, and the Netherlands are to be evacuated of military forces and returned to their pre-war owners.
3. The Netherlands agrees to provide Siam with adequate funding to repair damaged civilian infrastructure and to facilitate economic development. $150 shall be paid in four equal installments by the end of 1918.
4. The Netherlands acknowledges the right of Siam to build a canal in the Kra Isthmus. Siam agrees not to construct such a canal.
5. Prisoners of war are to be returned home at the earliest possibility.
6. Full disclosure of the location of minefields is to be made at the earliest possibility.
It is assumed that Siam and DKB's acceptance of these terms will result in Indochina, Hapsburgers, and Romania withdrawing their declarations of war.
Terms of the separate RRC/Siamese & Allied peace:
1. All captured territory is returned to its pre-war owners, with the exception of Wuhan, which the DKB withdraws its claim to.
2. All military forces to be returned to their own territory except for the minimum crew necessary to repair the grounded Chinese ship off Haiphong. This ship shall be refloated and removed at the earliest possibility.
3. An independent investigator, either the CSA or Bavaria, shall investigate alleged war crimes in Nord Indokina.
If that is not quite correct, PM me and I will fix it tomorrow.
