Treaty of Easter Is. Naciones Unidas de Suramerica - Kingdom of Maoria

December 21st 1911, disclosed to public in early January 1912.

1. The Naciones Unidas de Suramerica, hereto after referred to as NUS, recognizes all Kingdom of Maoria, hereto after referred to as Maoria, claims to the island known as Easter Is.

2. NUS cedes to Maoria this land, and it's surrounding territorial waters.

3. NUS reserves, and Maoria grants the ships of NUS, be these warships or other vessels, Free Access in Perpetuity to the port facilities on Easter Is. In case of war between one of the afore mentioned parties and an ally of the other, the port is closed to all parties involved.

4. NUS reserves, and Maoria grants the ships of NUS, be these warships or other vessels, same treatment as own vessels in the port of Easter Is. In times of war NUS flagged vessels will receive treatment between those of Maoria warships, and above that given to other neutrals. This is to last until the End of Times unless said warring parties are allies of Maoria, at which time section 3 takes precedent.

6. Maoria will pay the NUS $3 for above stated land and territorial waters.
