A basic MS Excel sheet for calculations of the report
With the Preliminary 1906/1 Report for Orange to show how it works.

Updated the calculator, and I integrated my previous version of navy and army upkeep calculation sheets  (sheets labelled Army and Navy respectively), and a crude naval construction chart.
